How do you decide which ideas to work on?

The community helps decide which ideas are most important by voting the best ideas to the top. These can be viewed using the sort options at the top of the idea list:

    • Most Recent:Shows ideas sorted by creation date (most recent first)
    • Most Popular: Shows ideas sorted by number of votes (positive or negative) and number of users watching
    • Most Discussed: Shows ideas sorted by number of comments and edits
    • Highest Score: Shows ideas sorted by score (highest first)

As ideas progress through a set of defined stages before they are realized. By adding an idea to your watchlist, you will be notified when an idea reaches a new stage. Ideas generally follow these guidelines for stage promotions:

    • Active: New ideas are active in the system and are voted on by the community
    • Under Review: The idea is currently being evaluated against our decision criteria
    • Already Offered: We already offer what has been suggested in the idea
    • In Progress: We‘re taking action on the idea and will post updates when more info
    • Coming Soon: There is a commitment to deliver this idea in the near future
    • For Future Consideration: The idea has been considered and hasn‘t been ruled out for the future, but it is not currently being planned
    • Archived: The idea is no longer active in the system
    • Partially Implemented: One or more aspects of the idea have been delivered
    • Delivered: The idea has been implemented

If your idea hasn‘t made the top of the list, don‘t worry − there are a number of factors that determine which ideas are acted upon as part of the company‘s overall innovation management process.
